Merry & Bright is at Weymouth Country Club, 3946 Weymouth Road, Medina (easy access off of I-71).

Vendors will receive a 10 x 10 space. You are welcome to bring your own tables and display racks and other needed items for your space. You are encouraged to attractively display your product(s).

Set-up is open at 8 AM and you must be completed with your set-up by 10 AM. You are required to keep your space open until 4 PM.

Weymouth Country Club will be offering food and beverage for sale.

Exhibitor Agreement

By submitting this registration you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloom Event Planning & Management Services LLC and the Medina County Women’s Endowment Fund, any benefactors, sponsors, officers, agents and employees against all claims, losses, suits, damages, judgements, expenses, costs and charges of every kind resulting from its occupancy of the space herein contracted for by reason of personal injuries, death, property damages or any other cause sustained by an persons, loss or damage to displays or goods belonging to you whether resulting from fire, storms, acts of God, theft, pilferage or other causes.
